We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of service delivery. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund within this period. Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed
  • The project did not meet outlined requirements
  • There was an error or duplicate payment

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the completion or receipt of service.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom development or design work
  • Consultation fees
  • Third-party software or plugin fees purchased on your behalf
  • Completed digital marketing campaigns (ads, email, SEO work, etc.)
